Refund Policy

Thank you for using FleetOn Cloud services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for services provided through our platform.

Our services involve administrative work, onboarding processes, and ongoing fleet management support. As such, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

1. Setup Fees (Non-Refundable)

A once-off setup fee is charged for each vehicle registered on the platform. This fee covers administrative services including, but not limited to:

  • Vehicle onboarding and compliance checks
  • Platform setup and account configuration
  • Driver recruitment and onboarding assistance
  • Operational preparation and documentation processing

All setup fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.

This is because onboarding work and administrative processes begin immediately after payment is received.

2. Management Fees

Management fees are charged as a percentage of weekly vehicle earnings and are deducted directly from generated earnings.

Because these fees are performance-based and tied to services already rendered, they are not refundable once applied.

If a vehicle generates no earnings, no management fee will be charged.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction.

Where a billing error is verified, we will:

  • Issue a refund, or
  • Apply a credit to the next billing cycle.

4. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel fleet management services by providing written notice.

Upon cancellation:

  • Services will continue until the cancellation is processed
  • Outstanding management fees or operational costs will be deducted from the final payout
  • No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved due to a billing error or other valid reason, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
